Problem: Fragmented payroll updates with inconsistent backend logic caused frequent errors and heavy manual Ops work.
Objective: Transform a small feature request into a scalable system aligned with the company’s vision for 100% self-serve payroll without compromising global compliance across 185+ countries.
Outcome: Reduced errors, increased self-serve adoption, and reduced Ops workload while setting a foundation for future expansion.

Invoice Generation
Problem: Legacy NetSuite invoicing couldn’t scale causing errors, manual fixes, and inconsistent client billing.
Objective: Enable accurate, standardized invoice generation by shifting calculations and validations into a new backend service.
Outcome: Reduced manual intervention for Client Finance, improved invoice accuracy, and supported scalable, client-specific billing.
My Role: Designed the CF-facing experience in the Global Workforce Platform to initiate invoice generation across a new backend service and NetSuite.

Problem: Analysts struggled to discover and evaluate data across a fragmented, opaque data estate relying on social networks instead of reliable tools.
Objective: Design a centralized marketplace to help analysts search, evaluate, and access trusted data products more efficiently.
Outcome: Improved data discoverability, faster evaluation through clearer metadata, and reduced time spent searching for the right datasets.
My Role: Led user research and design iterations, translating analyst mental models into clearer search, filtering, and data-detail experiences aligned with the firm’s design system.
PRUDENTIAL FINANCIAL
Responsive Enterprise Design
Problem: Legacy Pru.com experiences couldn’t scale with a new enterprise design system or support evolving digital retail and advisor needs.
Objective: Migrate and modernize key Prudential.com experiences to the new EVO design system while improving self-serve support and lead generation.
Outcome: Shipped production ready designs for multiple initiatives, including a new Help Center MVP and reusable components.
My Role: Contributed to end-to-end design execution creating responsive components, adapting agency designs to system standards, and iterating through user testing and engineering constraints.
